Chris Brown has been recently been spotted in Miami after avoiding the spotlight for a couple of weeks. According to Concrete Loop Rihanna was also around with friends and family. Both were staying with friends and family at 1 of Diddys Miami Houses. "Looks like everythings back to normal."
